London City Airport has been a vital gateway into London since 1987, and by the end of 2015, is set to welcome 4.2 million passengers. In order to meet demand, connect to new destinations and add vital aviation capacity in the South East, it needs to grow.
In March this year the Mayor of London directed the local planning authority to refuse our airport development programme – we are challenging that decision and our appeal is scheduled for March 2016.
